Data[6] CRC
CRC in data[6] from device.
In 8 bits DDR mode, the higher 16 bits indicate the CRC of even data, and the lower 16 bits indicate the CRC of odd data.
In 4 bits DDR mode, it is not used.
In SDR mode, the higher 16 bits indicate the CRC of all data.
Note This register is valid for SMHC0, SMHC1.
