BKChem supports bond-bybond trying with templates.
It supports linear fomulars, and a subset of SMILES as well as InChI.
Arrows, rich text, color, charges, radicals and simple vector shapes can be used.
It has aligning, unlimited undo/redo, rotation features.
Export to SVG, OpenOffice Draw, ODF, EPS, PDF and PNG is possible.
Basic support for CML1 and CML2 as well as Molfiles is available.
