Описание (Description)

The pthread_equal() function compares two thread identifiers.

Возвращаемое значение (Return value)

If the two thread IDs are equal, pthread_equal() returns a
       nonzero value; otherwise, it returns 0.

Ошибки (Error)

This function always succeeds.
