Decoder for California Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Recordds

CVRDecode will extract data from California digital vaccine records contained in image files or in text files that contain an shc URI.
Multiple records can be provided and data from each will be provided in a sorted table.

To see a manual, use the command "flatpack run org.bzdev.CVRDecode --help" in a terminal window.
