at 3:30 teams play 4 (A) on 5 (B) because the majors plus GM to A9 and B14 cancel each other

Teams do not need to put substitute skaters in the penalty box because A9 and B14 have been ejected from the game and the major penalties cancel each other

B19 2 + 5 minutes + GM at 4:00
A7 2 + 5 minutes + GM at 4:00

at 4:00 teams play 4 (A) on 5 (B) because the minor, major, and GM to both A7 and B19 cancel each other
