354 SHOOT AND SCREEN
  • Forward 1 skates out of the corner with a puck, skates around the face-off circle, shoots, and stays in front of the net for a screen, de˜ ection, or rebound on the next shot.
  • Forward 2 skates with a puck out of the opposite corner, skates around the face-off circle, shoots, and then stays in front of the net for a screen, de˜ ection, or rebound on the next shot.
  • Forward 3 then skates in with a puck and shoots, with forward 1 and forward 2 in front of the net to screen, de˜ ect, or rebound.
  • Forwards 1, 2, and 3 change lines.
  • The drill is continuous with three players each time.
