| 368 SQUARE AND TRIANGLE SHOOT Players perform either of these sequences to work on goalie skills. Also, to add difficulty to either of them, instead of passing to the front of the net, forward 1 or forward 2 can come out from behind the net and try to score. Sequence 1: Square Shoot Forward 1 and forward 2 are behind the net. Forward 3 and forward 4 are at the top of the circles. Forward 1 and forward 2 pass the puck behind the net three times, and then pass to forward 3 or forward 4. After receiving the pass from behind the net, forward 3 or forward 4 makes one pass to the other player out in front, who shoots. The goalie moves with the pass each time. |
